RETURN POLICY

Returns are applicable only for Creation Mattress products. If you receive a damaged item, kindly email us at info@creationmattress.com along with a photo of the damaged merchandise. To qualify for a return, please notify us of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order. You can also contact our customer experience team at info@creationmattress.com or call us with your order details to initiate a return request. A nominal fee of INR 1500 will be deducted from the refund amount if the product has no manufacturing or transit damage.

If you've received the wrong item, get in touch with our customer experience team within 3 days of delivery. They will guide you on returning the incorrect item and ensure the correct one is promptly shipped to you.

Order cancellations are possible until the items are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer experience team at info@creationmattress.com or call us at Toll-Free number with your Order number details. If a cancellation request is made after the product is dispatched, a deduction of Rs. 1500 will be applied to the refund.

Creation Mattress reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the return criteria. The product must be eligible for return, with no stains, tears, soiling, or odors. For purchases made through platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, or others, returns should be processed directly on those respective websites. Returns for manufacturing defects or transit damage are accepted within 3 days of order delivery. Please note that returns are not applicable for size or comfort issues.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

A replacement can be arranged for manufacturing defects or damage during transit, with one replacement allowed per purchase. If the replacement is requested due to an incorrect mattress size order, a return shipment cost of INR 1,500 will be borne by the customer. We strongly advise confirming the size before placing an order.

To initiate a claim regarding a defect, please send an email to info@creationmattress.com with the following details:

  • A brief description of the alleged defect.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email).
  • A photo documenting the alleged defect.

Upon receiving your claim, you can expect a response from us within 10 business days.
